All orders are processed upon receipt. We truly try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.

UK shipping - Once your order has been placed I try my best to send off all parcels within 5-7 days. Due to Covid-19 your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. Give around 5-10 days, if your parcel still isn't with you by then please email [email protected] so we can help resolve this problem.  

International shipping - Once your order has been placed, I try my best to send off all parcels within 5-7 days. Due to covid-19 your package could take a little longer than usual to arrive. Please give around 7-25 days for your parcel to arrive, if your package isn't with you by then please email [email protected] so we can help you resolve this problem.
