1. How long is shipping?

UK shipping usually takes 1-3 days to arrive (but can take up to 7 days due to the delays from the Covid-19 pandemic). International shipping can take anywhere from 5-20 working days to arrive. This is due to the delay in shipment caused by Covid-19, but the latest your package should be with you is 25 days. If it is still not with you within that time please send email us on, [email protected] we will be happy to resolve this issue. 

2. Are all of your eyelashes cruelty-free?

Nope, not all of my eyelashes are cruelty-free. I have got a few pairs that are so before making your purchase please read the description as it will say weather they are cruelty-free or not. I will be bringing out more eyelashes that are cruelty-free soon so keep an eye out. 

3. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your delivery date. At [email protected]

4. Where is this store located?

This store is online based. We do not have a physical store yet.

5. Are all of your eyelashes faux mink?

Nope! Not all of our eyelashes are faux mink. When making a purchase through our website in the description it will tell you if the eyelashes are faux mink or cruelty-free.
